Carol's Jell-o Salad

INGREDIENTS:

1 large package of wild strawberry jell-o

1 small package of rasberry jell-o

1 package of unflavored gelatin

1/2 pint whipping cream

1 tsp. vanilla

2 cups sour cream

1 bag of frozen raspberries

1 cup sugar

DIRECTIONS:

Make strawberry jell-o on package. Set up in 9x13 pan.

Put whipping cream in sauce pan. Add sugar. Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup hot water, add to sauce pan. Heat and stir until all dissolved. Take off heat and add vanilla and sour cream. Mix until smooth. Cool to room temperature and pour on first layer. Set up.

Add raspberry jell-o to 1 cup boiling water and dissolve. Add fruit and pour over second layer. Set up.
